What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your GDSwagShop purchase, we allow returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition - free of pet hair or other damages and must not be washed or worn. If they are not in their original condition, we will not be able to grant you an exchange or refund.
How do I exchange my item(s)?
- STEP 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reason for returning/exchanging, and the size/item you would like to exchange it for.
- STEP 2: Using either the original mailer or your own package, please pack your item(s) with a print out of your confirmation email for your order. Include a note with the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges so be sure to email us beforehand to check if your size is available.) Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or refund will be issued. Please send to the following address:
